Description
Phirni is a creamy rice flour pudding that’s originated from Kashmir. The yellow Kesar Phirni is flavoured with saffron which is a favourite dessert of Kashmiris. Although adapted from Kashmir, Phirni is quite famous on the streets of Delhi.
