Ghee Masala Dosa

Ghee Masala Dosa is as tasty as Butter Masala Dosa. The red chutney smeared inside adds to taste and flavour when stuffed with potato onion bhaaji.

Ghee Masala Dosa which is well sought after. They roast the dosa on both sides, so that the dosa remains crisp for a long time after stuffing with bhaaji or saagu. We prefer our dosa to be crisp outside and soft inside. Little chiroti rava added to batter makes the dosas super crisp.
